Life Coaching

To provide a safe, confidential space for self-exploration, focus and autonomy in setting your goals and achieving them in guiding you better life.


Though, a fully qualified as a Counsellor, I take the view that for many, Therapy is not the need, it is perhaps, a guide to support them as they manage an ever more complicated world both personally and professionally.

With that in mind, I recognised that it is often the case that when someone seeks change, it is often specific and targeted areas in their life rather than the breadth and depth which might be the case for counselling. 

Life-Coaching provides a place of reflection in which new thinking patterns and behaviours can be developed. It is the approach of reminding you of your skills and processes already in existence and the learning of new ones in which you can affect a positive change in your life.

I am therefor expanding my Therapy Practice to provide Life Coaching both in person and online to support you as you select you goals in working to maximise YOUR potential for YOUR life.

What is Life Coaching?  

Life coaching can be viewed as a mechanism by which you have the opportunity to work in a safe space to reflect on areas of your life for which you feel change is necessary.  It is the process of considering focused goals, exploring options and developing strategies which ultimately can affect that positive shift in the way you live your life.

Though people might meet for Life Coaching, because they are dissatisfied with parts of the personal or professional life, it is equally common to attend because ‘things just aren’t quite right’ or ‘I don’t want to be stuck in the same place months/years from now'.  Whatever your reason for Life Coaching, I will work with you with acceptance, respect and support in guiding you in setting and achieving goals for your ‘Better Life’.

"I am not finding balance in my working life and my personal life"
